- Step 1: Prepare the Baking Dish. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
- Step 2: Combine the Dry Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, bite-size pretzels, and mixed nuts. Toss gently.
- Step 3: Make the Peanut Butter Mixture. In another bowl, mix melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Add peanut butter and honey, stir until smooth.
- Step 4: Combine Everything. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Gently fold until coated.
- Step 5: Press into the Baking Dish. Transfer to the prepared dish, pressing firmly into an even layer.
- Step 6: Melt the Chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Step 7: Drizzle the Chocolate. Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
- Step 8: Chill and Set. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Step 9: Cut and Serve. Lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
