Cooking Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Sriracha, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and grated ginger. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Place the wings in the bowl with the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (optional) and arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes, brush wings with remaining glaze and broil for an extra crispy finish.
