Ingredients
  

For the Wings:
  • 8 whole chicken wings fresh
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Sriracha, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and grated ginger. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  4. Place the wings in the bowl with the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (optional) and arrange the wings in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In the last 5 minutes, brush wings with remaining glaze and broil for an extra crispy finish.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Pat wings dry for extra crispiness.
  • Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet.
  • Use a broiler at the end for a crispy finish.
