  • 6 ounces chevre goat cheese lavender-flavored for a unique twist or plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey natural sweetener

Method
 

  1. Start by rinsing the pitted dates under cold water to remove any residue. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chevre goat cheese and honey. Use a fork to mash them together until creamy and well blended.
  3. Using a small spoon or piping bag, carefully fill each date with the goat cheese mixture. Make sure to pack it in generously.
  4. Place the stuffed dates on a serving platter. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired for added sweetness.
