- Start by rinsing the pitted dates under cold water to remove any residue. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chevre goat cheese and honey. Use a fork to mash them together until creamy and well blended.
- Using a small spoon or piping bag, carefully fill each date with the goat cheese mixture. Make sure to pack it in generously.
- Place the stuffed dates on a serving platter. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired for added sweetness.
