Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil drained and chopped (about 8 tomatoes)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream (light is fine)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (light is fine)
  • 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 medium green onions thinly sliced (white and green parts)

Method
 

  1. In your mixing bowl, add the room-temperature cream cheese.
  2. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl and combine until smooth.
  3. Fold in the well-drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes until evenly combined.
  4. Add the Tabasco sauce, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper, and mix well.
  5. Fold in the thinly sliced green onions for added color and crunch.
  6. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based cream cheese and sour cream.
