Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml espresso coffee cooled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons shredded dried coconut

Method
 

  1. Start by brewing your espresso. Allow it to cool down to room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller chunks. The riper the banana, the sweeter your milkshake will be.
  3. In your blender, combine the cooled espresso, banana chunks, coconut milk, and ice cubes.
  4. Secure the lid on your blender and blend the mixture on high speed until it’s completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well combined.
  5. Once blended, add the shredded dried coconut to the mixture and pulse a few times to incorporate it without completely breaking it down.
  6. Pour your Vegan Coffee Milkshake into a glass. You can top it with additional shredded coconut for a decorative touch, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Ensure your espresso is completely cooled before adding it to the blender.
  • Use a ripe banana for a creamier texture.
  • Don't skip the ice cubes for a thick consistency.
