Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your feta and cream cheese are at room temperature, as this will help them blend more easily.
Finely chop the fresh oregano, basil, and chives. Set them aside; the aroma of fresh herbs will soon fill your kitchen!
In your food processor or blender, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic, olive oil, and the juice and zest of half a lemon.
Pulse the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is well combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend again briefly to mix in the seasoning.
Transfer your whipped feta to a serving bowl. Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top and garnish with a few whole herbs if desired. Serve with your favorite bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
