  • 1.5 cups Mashed Banana about 3 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg slightly beaten
  • 1.5 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 12 Maraschino Cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners or grease it lightly.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the mashed bananas and egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Step 4: In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until even.

  6. Step 6: Gently fold in the chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips.
